Feature Your City Flag!

In a salute to our heritage as the oldest and largest national movement of Citizen Diplomats in the world, Sister Cities International and this year's Annual Conference (July 31-August 2, 2014; San Jose, CA) planners are reintroducing the Parade of Flags! The Parade of Flags will be a parade of city/county/region flags to honor who we are as member communities in this national movement.

Each member U.S. city, state or organization as well as international cities are requested to provide a flag for this ceremony. It is envisioned that this one time member gift to Sister Cities International will be retained for use at succeeding Annual Conference Opening Ceremonies.

Sister Cities International member communities/organizations are requested to ship a 3' x 5' flag (to be mounted on a standard pole with sheath diameter greater than 2 1/4 inches and no larger than 3 inches) to San Jose. For shipping address and other details, please visit: www.sister-cities.org/2014FlagParade.

Don't have a city flag to send? You can order one for a special discounted price of ONLY $65! For more information on how to order, please email Sachin Radhakrishnan, Annual Conference Fellow, at sachin@sister-cities.org.

Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your city pride!
