SUBJECT: Cancellation of Ballet Reception
It is with regret that I inform you that Sarasota Sister Cities will be cancelling the reception initially scheduled with the Sarasota Ballet on December 19, 2014. I hope that this cancellation will not cause you any problems. Our reason for cancelling is failure to receive adequate registration for the event.
We will continue to market tickets at the price we paid of $40 per ticket to the ballet for seating with Sister Cities members until December 15. At that time we will return unsold tickets.
Please join us for holiday fun at the ballet even though we could not sponsor a reception. If you bought tickets to the fund raiser and want a refund, please contact Werner Knoop, Treasurer at 941-351-6334.
Again, I regret the failure of this event.
