We had an excellent luncheon on November 1, 2013 at the Sara Bay County. Our topic was our Sister City Perpignan. A large number of people interested in France were in attendance.

We learned about plans for the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of our twinning with Perpignan and the upcoming tour to Perpignan in 2014.

Our guest speaker was Jean-Charles Faust Honorary French Consul and President of the French-American Business Council of West Florida. FRAMCO has been a Sarasota Sister Cities Alliance Member since 2002.
